  This is my own custom Paranormal Activity monster movie compilation file consisting of: 
  
 
- Paranormal Activity
  - Paranormal Activity 2 (Unrated Directors Cut)
  - Paranormal Activity 3 (Unrated
Directors Cut)
  - Paranormal Activity 4 (Unrated)
  - Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones (New Unrated
Cut)
  
  In this torrent are the following:
  
  (for Windows users, ignore/trash any files called
“.DS_Store” and “Thumbs.db”
  These are database files made on Macs and even if I delete
them, they come back. No
  harm, just annoying).
  
  Paranormal Activity Chronology.m4v

  I trimmed the beginnings and endings of the movies that were
flashbacks/forwards 
  and rearranged them all in chronological order (3, 2, 1, 4, MO). This includes 
 
cutting the end of PA2 and putting it at the end of PA1. I also took the Paramount 
  Pictures intro from The
Marked Ones and put it at the beginning of the whole clip 
  because of the cool camera stutter.
  
  All
5 movies were purchased on iTunes, ripped the DRM, imported to Final Cut Pro 
  for editing, exported into a single
file and finally sent to Handbrake for compression. 
  I also put chapter breaks in-between each movie. All 5
movies squeezed into a single 
  movie file just over 5.5gb. (the original Final Cut Pro project was 23gb).

  Paranormal Activity 2 Tokyo Night

  This was an official Japan only spin-off due to the success of the
original movie.
  I embedded the .srt file to the actual movie and VLC can turn them off and on fine. 
  So
technically you can trash the included .srt file. However, the embedded subtitles 
  wouldn’t work when
using a different media player, so, I’ve included the original .srt 
  file for you just in case.
  
  
  Deleted Scenes
  
  Originally included from iTunes as an .ite (iTunes Extra) file
  
 
PA 1 had 3 different endings:
  
  Theatrical Ending (this one is in the chronology movie)
  Alternate
Ending (aka Throat) This was an iTunes extra.
  Original Ending (aka The Cops) I ripped this from another copy of
the movie.
  
  
  The Recovered Files
  
  30 extra minutes of “lost” footage from
PA 4. Not too many scares (if any). Trimmed 
  from the film by Paramount for whatever reasons (time/money). I
wanted to cut these 
  individually and throw them into the chronology monster file, but I didn’t really
know where 
  all of them fit in.
  
  
  Interactive Timeline
  
  Included in the PA 4
.ite file. I unpacked and extracted everything, removed DRM from
  the m4v files converting them to mp4. I had
planned to use all the contents and make 
  it all a self contained flash app, but then realized I don’t
know shit about flash. I tried 
  and failed several times, yelled, screamed, and even kicked my cat. (JK, I
don’t have a cat).
  
  Anyways, to use it, just double click the index.html and it will load in your
default browser.
  After selecting you country, click Interactive Timeline (none of the other options work).
 
Unfortunately, it doesn’t play the mini clips that are on the timeline. I don’t know if its because 

 they were converted to mp4 or not, but it still didn’t work when I used the original m4v either. 
  It only
seems to work from iTunes. (I didn’t include the original .ite file or metadata.plist 
  because they
contain my personal information). If you really want to watch them, you can view 
  them directly from the
Extras/Interactive Timelines/videos/ folder.
  
  
  Final Thoughts
  
  I hope you guys like
this little project I’ve thrown together. This is actually my first splicing/editing 
  venture. I realize
that before PA 4 was released, Paramount had their own PA Chronology monster 
  file that was a digital download
only consisting of PA 1-3 and even included deleted scenes spliced 
  in that aren’t even in the
Director’s Cut and Unrated versions of the movie (needless to say, those 
  scenes aren’t here
either). However, although it included never before seen footage, they also removed
  other scenes. (I have no idea
why). I’ve searched high and low for this chronology but it has since been 
  taken down from iTunes, PSN,
XBL and wherever else it was. Nobody is torrenting it, nor can I find just 
  rare scenes on youtube. Its the PA
Holy Grail I suppose…..but I digress.
  
  Anywho, Paranormal Activity 5 will be out this October, so on
opening night, sit back and watch this 
  7.5 hour monster before heading to the theater!
